ADHD at work
Most ADHD advice at work is about focus. The parts that actually cost you are the ones with no structure — an unstructured meeting, an inbox, a task with no deadline until it is late. Add the structure from outside rather than trying to supply it yourself.
Where the day actually goes wrong
Not the deep work. People with ADHD often do that part well, sometimes better than anyone.
It goes wrong at the joins: remembering what was agreed, starting something with no deadline, answering the email you read three days ago, being somewhere at a time.

Put the structure outside your head
- Write during the meeting, not after. Whatever you have not written down by the time you stand up is gone, and no amount of intending to remember changes that.
- Give unstructured tasks a fake deadline and tell someone. The external commitment is what makes it real.
- Decide the first physical action. "Write the report" does not start. "Open the doc and paste last month's headings" does.

The follow-through is what people actually see
Colleagues do not see your focus. They see whether the thing you said you would send arrived.
That is why capture beats willpower here: the reply you never sent is the whole impression, and it usually failed because the detail was gone, not because you did not care.

Say the thing out loud
"Send me that in writing and I will act on it" is a completely normal sentence and it fixes half the problem without disclosing anything.
So is "give me until Thursday" instead of an optimistic yes. Time estimates are a known weak point and a deliberate buffer is cheaper than an apology.

What Haveo does with this
Haveo is built for the events end of this — preparing what you will say, and capturing who you met before the detail disappears. The same habit that saves a networking follow-up saves a meeting action.
