Asking for interview adjustments
Email whoever arranged the interview, not the panel. Ask for one specific thing, in advance, without a justification — "could you send the questions beforehand?" is a request coordinators handle as routine admin, and the panel often never sees it.

The questions in advance, extra time on a written or timed task, a take-home instead of a live exercise, a break between stages, or the names and roles of who will be in the room.
Interviewing on a specific day, or remotely instead of in person, are also ordinary asks.

Ask the coordinator
Whoever sent the calendar invite. They arrange logistics for a living and this is logistics to them.
Going to the hiring manager makes it a conversation about you. Going to the coordinator makes it a booking detail.

You do not have to say why
"I would work better with the questions in advance" is a complete request. Many people add a reason and it is rarely needed.
If you do want to give one, the effect is enough: "I read slowly under time pressure." No diagnosis required.

Ask early
When the interview is booked, not the day before. Early reads as organized; late reads as a problem to solve at short notice.

Rare, and informative. An employer that will not send an agenda is telling you something about how it runs meetings.
